We at trendysb.com pride ourselves on having one of the best return and refund policies in the market!

We understand that mistakes happen. When a customer places an order, they will have the opportunity to review all the details such as size, design, and quantity. Therefore, we are unable to accept exchanges for incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, etc.

Cancel An Order

Cancellation time frame after placing an order.

  • Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. If you reach out to us after this time, your order may have already been sent for processing and shipping.
  • If you cancel your order, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value. Please reach out to us at [email protected] to cancel.

Return & Refund Policy

You can return the time frame after the order has been delivered.

Our policy is valid for 30 days after the delivery process is completed.
After 30 days, the customer’s acceptance of the order will be assumed and no refund will be given.

We happily accept returns and refunds in the cases below.
We will refund the full amount of your initial order if you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item. Or if an item arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged product upon submitting your return request.
  • The product arrived shattered.
  • The product design differs from what you ordered.
  • The size of the product is not what you ordered.
  • The product material is not what you ordered.
  • The product you ordered is not the one you received.
  • The item is not as described in the original.

Product condition upon return.
Clearly, the returned item(s) should avoid meeting the specified conditions:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any manner.
  • If the item(s) are not in the original condition, unless it is our fault.
  • The item(s) lack their original tags.
  • There are some redundant threads on the item(s) that can be easily cut or repaired.

Please make sure to return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.

Submit proof of order to initiate a refund.

  • The label you’ll use to ship your items.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Real picture of the item you got.
  • Send us the email screenshots we previously sent to you.

Return address.

However, before return the items back to us, please feel free contact our Support Team at email: [email protected] to request an return, and we will be review if your orders issues is qualify for return.

Instructions on how to request a return and refund.

  • To request a refund, customers can email their inquiry and required documentation to [email protected].
  • Our customer support team will respond in 2-3 days. Once you receive the return address and instructions, kindly pack your items securely and use a traceable carrier to send your return package.
  • Provide your return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt to our customer support email.

Additional instructions will be provided based on the circumstances.

No refunds issued without our email confirming eligibility for your refund and return request.

Do not return the package without email confirmation as we are not responsible for lost returns.
To receive a refund, we must receive the return package. Please send the carrier’s tracking number for the return to [email protected] in a separate email.

Return shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not included in the reimbursement.

Restocking fee

We don’t charge restocking fee for all return or exchange orders.

Processing time for refund requests.

Once we receive your return, refund processing may take up to 3-5 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm the package’s arrival and proceed with a full refund.

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. Your refund may take time to be posted. You should receive your money within 10-15 days..

Our return policy lasts for 30 days after delivery. After this period, the order is considered accepted and no reimbursement can be made.
You have 30 days to return items after delivery, and there are no extra fees except for the shipping cost of the return package.
If the package is damaged or lost during return shipping, we cannot take responsibility and no refunds will be issued.
