Time Ahead of Delivery

We understand your eagerness to receive your Trendysb. Here is a general schedule for anticipated delivery times:

United States Orders:

Expect your order to arrive within 8 to 12 days, including:

  • Handling time: 3 – 5 days.
  • Shipping time: 5 – 7 days.

International Orders:

Please allow between 20 and 30 days for delivery to our international customers. However, customs processing and local postal services may cause slight delays.

  • Handling time: 3 – 5 days.
  • Shipping time: 17 – 25 days.

Shipping Fee

United States Orders: All orders come with free shipping.

International Orders: The shipping cost is $9.95 for first items and the additional item are free ship.

Cut-Off Time

All the order place before 6 P.M will be process in day, the order place after 6 P.M will be process in next day.

All the order place in Saturday and Sunday will be process in the next Monday.

Track Your Order

Stay updated on your order’s progress! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This way, you can track your Trendysb’s journey from our hands to yours.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Please note that Trendysb is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or customs fees imposed on your order. The buyer is responsible for all expenses incurred before, during, or after the shipment procedure. For information on potential extra costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Broken Items

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, if you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us immediately at support@trendysb.com. Our team will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Change your mind or make an error in your order? No problem! Please email us at support@trendysb.com within 24 hours of placing your order for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Delays

Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We are NOT LIABLE if a package is unable to be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
When checking out, please enter the correct shipping information. If you discover an error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trendysb.com. However, because email has a 48-hour wait list, if your order has left our warehouse within 48 hours, it is out of our control.

Trendysb.com is not liable for any destination region tax or duty charges that may be incurred. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination region.
Under any circumstances, the Trendysb.com is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees if the order arrives in your region, and if

  • The customer refuses to accept the package.
  • A number of attempts are made in the region of destination to deliver the package.
