Shipping Cost:

Each item is shipped separately unless you purchase multiple quantities of the same item. If an item is listed as FREE, you only need to cover the shipping cost to your location. For multiple purchases of the same item, there is a discounted shipping rate for the second, third, and subsequent items. The same principles apply if you buy a combination of FREE and paid items.

Order Status:

To track your order in real-time, refer to the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or click on the Track Order tab. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@trendysb.com for assistance with checking your order status.

Delivery Time:

Typically, delivery takes around 2-3 weeks. However, due to the high demand for certain products, please allow up to 2-6 weeks for delivery. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@trendysb.com. If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days from the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund.

COVID-19 Impact:

Please note that shipping times may be affected by the coronavirus pandemic, resulting in delays or changes in delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience during this time. For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

International Delivery:

Trendysb Store successfully ships apparel worldwide on a daily basis. While we strive to make our products available to everyone, there may be cases where we are unable to ship to certain areas due to prohibitive shipping constraints. In such instances, we may have to cancel your order.

Currency Conversion:

The website charges in USD, so the amount displayed in your local currency may differ. Please note that you will be charged in USD.

Combining Multiple Items:

As we operate from four different warehouses, each item in your order will be shipped separately. Therefore, it is normal to receive items individually, rather than all at once. Rest assured that you will receive all your items.

Address and Size/Variant Changes:

If you need to change your shipping address or correct a wrong size/variant, please email us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please understand that if your order has already entered the shipping process, we may be unable to make changes.

Your credit card information is used solely for completing the transaction and is not stored.

Undelivered Packages:

In rare cases where the delivery status shows as successfully delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact our customer support. We will assist you in resolving the issue, similar to the example shown in the picture.
