What payment options are available?

We offer the following payment options for your convenience:

PayPal: You can pay using your PayPal account on both desktop and mobile. If you have a balance in your PayPal account, it will be used automatically before your backup payment method. Please note that you won’t be able to pay with your credit card or bank account directly through PayPal. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.

Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through the PayPal Payment Gateway on our website. You don’t need a PayPal account to make a payment with a credit card. However, please be aware that we may not accept certain debit cards. Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, you can pay with PayPal. During the checkout process, select the PayPal option and click the “PayPal” button at the Billing stage. Make sure to disable any pop-up blockers. Log in to your PayPal account, review your account information, and select the funding source if your PayPal balance doesn’t cover the full amount. You won’t need to enter a billing address. Finally, click “Agree & Continue” to complete your order.

I’m experiencing a payment error during checkout. What should I do?

If you encounter an error message while trying to submit your payment, it is likely due to an error or typo in your billing information. If the error message indicates that your payment details couldn’t be verified, please double-check the credit card number or CVV you entered. If the error message states that the security code was not matched by the processor, please review the CVV you entered.

I have been charged multiple times for the same order. What happened?

If you see multiple charges for the same order on your statement but only received one order confirmation email, it is likely that only one of the charged orders went through. The additional charges will disappear from your statement within 2-3 business days. However, if the duplicate charges persist, please contact us via email.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, it means that none of the charged orders were successfully processed. In this case, we recommend placing the order again and verifying that all billing and shipping information is accurate. The charges on your statement will disappear within 1-2 business days.
