Dear Valued Customer,

Regardless of the title, almost all designs can be printed on T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, or tank tops. Please ensure you select the appropriate garment type from the size dropdown menu.

I use two brands of T-shirts: Comfort Colors and Bella Canvas. Every design in my shop can be printed on these two types of shirts. Unless specified as Comfort Colors, the T-shirts in the dropdown menu are Bella Canvas. In rare cases where these brands are unavailable, I may use another brand. However, for youth and toddler orange color T-shirts, I use Jerzees and Rabbit Skins brands.

Since I can't include photos of both brands in the same listing due to space constraints, if you like a design but prefer the other brand of T-shirt and don't see it in the options, please contact me or write a note to the personalization section.

For sweatshirts and hoodies, I use the Gildan brand, and for tank tops, I use Bella Canvas and Next Level.

The color "Orange" and "Natural" is for Bella Canvas T-shirts,"Yam" and "Ivory" is for Comfort Colors, while "Sand" is for sweatshirts and hoodies.Heather colors are exclusively offered for Bella Canvas T-shirts. "Columbia Blue" is available on T-shirts, while "Royal Blue" is specifically for sweatshirts and hoodies.

Please note that all toddler sizes are for T-shirts only; we don't have sweatshirts for toddlers.

Tank tops are available only for women. (Some customers have mentioned that tank tops tend to fit half a size smaller in the bust area, so please consider this when placing your order)

We typically use light-colored designs for dark T-shirts and dark-colored designs for light T-shirts. If you want something different, please write it in the personalization section.
We aim to ship your order on the same day or the next day. Our substantial production capacity allows us to fulfill any quantity you need within the same or next day. However, if you prefer faster delivery, you have the options of priority (3 days UPS) and express (2 days UPS) at checkout. Please contact me first for urgent orders so that I can prioritize them.

Please note that the colors of the design and T-shirts may appear slightly different in reality due to lighting and other factors. When selecting sizes, please choose carefully, as these are custom-made products. While I do accept exchanges because I understand mistakes can happen, please ensure you check the size chart provided to avoid incurring additional shipping costs. .

All products are made to order. Due to the nature of custom-made products, I cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

I use the DTF (Direct to Film) technique for printing. DTF printing is chosen for its exceptional durability, eco-friendliness, and vibrant appearance, setting it apart as the preferred choice over alternative methods.

Bella Canvas T-shirts and Next Level tank tops are made from a soft and thin material, which can sometimes be a bit see-through in certain colors.

Comfort Colors and Bella Canvas tshirts are UNISEX and 100% cotton (except heather colors which are 52% cotton and 48% polyester)
