This item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer for us to deliver it to you. Shipping times range from 1-2 weeks depending on your location. We typically ship within 3-5 days of receiving your order using FedEx, YExpress, USPS or DHL.

✿ RETURN POLICY ✿

If your shoes arrived damaged or defective or if you're dissatisfied with your order for any other reason please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do whatever we can to make things right. We offer returns and exchanges for incorrect sizes, so if your shoes arrived and they don't fit, we'll happily send you a replacement in a new size, just pay the shipping and production costs (around $25US). There's also no need to return the shoes you received in the mail either- you can keep both pairs!
