• For international shipments (outside the USA), delivery by Registered Post Mail typically takes 10 – 25 business days, depending on the destination.
• You may upgrade your shipping if you require quicker delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item is dispatched.

– Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order.
– Surcharge fee:
Outline Design: An additional $5 charge per pet/person/car.
Full Stitch Design: An additional $10 charge per pet/person/car.
– Adding extra embroidered elements to your design will incur a $5 charge per additional location.
– If you wish to change the design after placing your order, a $5 design change fee will apply. However, if you decide to cancel your order, 70% of the design fee will be retained.
– Please note: These fees are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation!
