When ordering custom sweatshirts (no hood), hoodies (with hood and front Pouch pocket), and T-shirt (short sleeve), you have the option to choose from four embroidery positions:
🌸 Chest: Left chest (above the heart), right chest, or middle chest.
🌸 Sleeve: Left sleeve or right sleeve (you can customize both, but one side is free).
🌸 Back of the shirt: In the middle.
🌸 Neckline: Left, Right and center neckline
If you would like to have embroidery on any of these positions, please place your order and specify your preferences in the Personalized box or via an Etsy message.
You have flexibility in selecting the color of the embroidery thread and the embroidery icon. If a specific color or icon is not available, you can send your preferences to us via a message.

🌻 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆:
✅ Check your messages within 1-2 days after placing an order to receive a design proof for personalized products.
✅ Take advantage of the current big discount before it ends. Secure your offer early.
✅ For custom products, please provide clear, sharp images or follow the image instructions.
✅ You can change the embroidery thread color for each embroidery position, as well as the text or icon.
✅ Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of your purchase.
✅ The base price covers embroidery for one pet. If you want to add more pets, there is an additional fee of $5 for an outline embroidery and $10 for a fully embroidery
✅ Extra positions for embroidery cost $5 each.
✅ If we have already created a design but you want to change it to another design, there is an extra fee of $5.
✅ If you decide to cancel your order after we have created a design, a partial refund of 70% of the total order will be provided.

🌻 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍 𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒:
– We accept returns for wrong embroidery, embroidery errors, and wrong sizes caused by our store.
– In case of missing parts in the embroidery order or incorrect shirt design, a refund of 10% to 50% will be provided.
– If you provide an incorrect shipping address, a shipping fee of 30% of the order value or the actual shipping fee will be charged (whichever is higher).
🌻 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
– Taking care of our clothing items is super easy. Simply turn the clothing inside out and machine wash cold with mild detergent. Avoid dry cleaning, bleaching, or ironing directly on the embroidery.
