1. CUSTOMIZE

In addition to the lists in the store, I am happy to receive embroidery ideas ordered by you, for example, you want to embroider the flowers you like, or you want to save the beautiful moments of your pet. Don't hesitate. If you share pictures of them with me, I will sketch and embroider them on your shoes for you.
ESPECIALLY if you want to customize the Name and Anniversary Date then contact me soon about it or leave a note in the Personalization section about it, you will only have to pay extra 10-50$ depending on the level. difficulty of the request
2. DETAILS
Each pair of shoes is meticulously hand-embroidered by skilled craftsmen. In each list, there is a very specific parameter. Size and color chart so you can choose the right shoe size
and favorite shoe color, so please check the shoe size before ordering. After 24 hours from the time you place your order, we will proceed with embroidery and complete the order,
so please check carefully to avoid confusion. The embroidery is meticulous and sturdy.
You will receive Converse shoes with embroidered flowers as shown.
3. SHIPPING TIME

Shoes will be embroidered and shipped 8 to 16 days after you place your order.

My store is in Vietnam. All my items are handmade and shipped from here

– To USA, Australia, Canada, NewZealand and EU countries: for economical and faster shipping, items are shipped together in one large parcel by express shipping service (DHL) to that country later that is delivered to your address by the shipping unit (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail…). Your parcel tracking number will be updated on your invoice order as soon as it is shipped back to your country, after 5 – 7 days a shipping notification will be sent to you

UK: 10-16 days.
Europe: 12-20 days.
Canada: 15- 30 days.
Other countries: 20-40 days.

4. EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Embroidered shoes can be exchanged if they do not match the embroidery pattern or design that the customer ordered. After 24 hours of placing your order, you cannot change the style or size of the shoes you ordered without the seller's consent via Etsy message.

You can request to see photos of the shoes before shipping by leaving a note in the “notes to seller” section before purchasing and paying.

Buyer will pay round-trip shipping for exchanges if items are made as described and photographed in the listing as well as embroidery fees on shoes.

Note: The color of the actual product may differ slightly from what you see on the photo due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography equipment.
