Upon receiving your order, we initiate the shoe preparation process. If your chosen shoes are readily available in our inventory, we expedite the processing within the estimated delivery timeframe. The primary colors are commonly Black and White, with other colors and several half sizes requiring additional ordering and shipment.

Once the selected shoes are in stock, we commence the embroidery process, spanning 3-10 business days contingent upon intricacy.

Subsequently, we dispatch the package, initiating the shipment to your location. Shipping times may vary based on your geographical location.

3. GUIDELINES:

Converse advises purchasing a half-size down on their site, especially for those with narrow feet, as Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars and Converse Chuck 70s generally run true to size but are narrow.

Wider feet may consider sizing up by half, given the shoe’s inherent narrowness and limited stretching due to its material.

5. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
You can only cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order will begin the processing process to be shipped to you.
Embroidered shoes are eligible for return or exchange unless customized or personalized.

The buyer covers the return shipping fee if items align with listing descriptions and photos.
