Excellent communication from them and delivery as promised. Then it turns out the shoes were just too small, I?m normally 11 but actually need a 12. Contacted them, returns would have been a breeze by post but as I needed them for my holiday this weekend, and as I live not far from their warehouse, they were happy for me to visit and do a personal exchange. Such great service and the products are tip top too.
